What to include

Tool URL, browser version, and steps to reproduce. For conversion bugs, note whether the source file opened fine in its native app.

How fast will you reply?

Usually within one business day for support mail. Complex workspace or security reviews can take a bit longer; we will acknowledge receipt either way.

Can you unlock a PDF I do not have the password for?

No. We only remove protection when you supply the current password. We do not offer password cracking.

Can I send a confidential document?

Prefer a redacted sample when possible. If you must share a sensitive file, say so in the subject line and we will suggest a secure handoff.

Is there phone support?

Not today — email and the form keep a written record and let engineers reproduce issues faster.
