Terms of Service

DSNOOPDOC provides free, browser-based PDF utilities (merge, split, convert, sign, and others) without requiring an account, plus an optional workspace for saved documents, published forms, and tracked links. By using either, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating a workspace account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to create an account.

You can create an account with an email and password, or with "Continue with Google," which signs you in immediately using your Google account and creates a new workspace account automatically if you don't already have one. If you sign up with an email and password, you must verify that email address via the link we send before you can sign in — this confirms you control the address you registered with.

You own the documents you upload or create. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store, and display it back to you as the features you use require (for example, storing a document you explicitly save to a workspace folder).

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process any document you submit, and for not using the service to process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates applicable law.

If you choose to import a file from Google Drive using the "Google Drive" option offered alongside our upload tools, you are authorizing us — through Google's own sign-in and file picker — to read only the specific file you select there. That file is then treated the same as one you uploaded directly. See our Privacy Policy for what that access does and does not include.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to upload malware or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service at scale, or reverse-engineer the tools.
• Use published forms or tracked links to collect data deceptively or without proper disclosure to the people you send them to.
• Resell or rebrand the free tools as your own product without our permission.

The core PDF utilities are free to use. Workspace features (saved files, published forms, tracked links, AI document chat) are also free today; paid team plans are planned but billing is not currently active. If that changes, we will notify workspace users before anything starts costing money — we will not silently start charging an existing account.

PDF conversion, OCR, and layout-preservation are handled as accurately as the underlying formats allow, but perfect fidelity is not guaranteed for every input file — some layouts, fonts, or scan qualities do not convert cleanly, and we would rather fail visibly than silently produce a corrupted file. Large files may take longer to process or may hit size limits.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSNOOPDOC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use rules in section 4.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
