Yes. Core PDF utilities — merge, compress, convert, split, sign, OCR, and six document builders — run without a credit card. You only need a workspace account when you want saved folders, shared forms, tracked links, or team spaces.

No. Open any utility, upload a file, and download the result in one session. Registration is optional and unlocks persistent storage, member invites, and the authenticated PDF viewer with annotations.

Most utilities stream your file over HTTPS to isolated .NET workers that process the job and delete inputs after download. That server-side model handles Office conversion, OCR, and large merge jobs that exceed browser memory. We do not use your documents to train public AI models, and anonymous sessions do not retain files beyond job completion.

DSNOOPDOC does not cap how many PDFs you combine in one merge session — a common frustration with consumer tools that stop at two or five files. Practical limits come from browser upload timeouts and server buffer sizes on very large scans; compress or split first when email gateways reject attachments above 25 MB.

PDF is the hub format. Convert DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ODT, HTML, TXT, and JPG into PDF; export PDF pages to JPG; run PDF to Word when you need editable structure; decode Base64 PDF payloads from API integrations.

Yes for moderate jobs — merge a few files, compress a contract, sign a single-page form. Heavy editing, hundred-page merges, and fine signature placement are faster on desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

Yes. Build interactive AcroForm layouts, publish at /f/{slug}, and collect responses with optional flattened submission PDFs in your workspace. Public form routes are isolated from tenant data.

Client-only tools keep bytes local but struggle with LibreOffice-grade conversion, OCR, and multi-hundred-megabyte binders. DSNOOPDOC uses ephemeral server workers for those jobs while keeping the dropzone above the fold and documenting the engineering tradeoffs on every utility page — then offers workspace storage when anonymous tabs stop scaling.

TLS 1.2+ in transit. Anonymous tool sessions purge files after processing. Workspace storage is tenant-scoped. Password-protect and sign operations apply PDF encryption dictionaries without storing your passphrase.
