Every public PDF utility on DSNOOPDOC stays free in the browser — merge, convert, sign, OCR, the lot. No account, no trial timer.

A workspace is for persistence: saved files, published forms at /f/your-slug, and workflows that chain a couple of steps. That is free to start too; we have not turned on paid billing yet.

How to think about the tiers

One-off job → browser tools

Upload, download, close the tab. Files purge after the job unless you explicitly save to a workspace.

Repeat work → workspace

Same onboarding form every hire, same month-end merge. Save the template and run it again.

Multiple people → team (later)

Shared folders, shared workflows, roles. Contact us if you need this before billing is public.

No surprise charges

We are not storing cards on free signups today. Paid tiers will be opt-in when they exist.

How to think about the tiers use cases

  • Freelancer uses free tools forever; opens a workspace only to store client packets.
  • HR publishes one onboarding PDF form and archives submission PDFs.
  • Legal ops chains merge → compress in a two-step workflow before email.
  • Ten-person ops team waits for Team plan to share the same closing checklist.

How to think about the tiers — frequently asked questions

Do I pay to merge or convert a PDF?

No. Public utilities stay free. You only need an account if you want saved files, published forms, or workflows.

Is the workspace really free right now?

Yes — register and use saved documents, forms, and short workflows without entering a card. We will announce pricing before charging.

What are the workflow limits on free?

Two steps per workflow and up to ten saved workflows. That covers merge → compress for most people; longer pipelines move to Team when billing opens.

Can I use DSNOOPDOC for my company?

Yes. Many teams use the free tools ad hoc. For shared spaces and compliance questions, email contact@dsnoopdoc.com.

Will prices change?

Probably, once paid Team plans launch. Existing free tools will not move behind a paywall for one-off browser use.
